Cinco de Mayo T-Shirts

The time is almost here! Cinco de Mayo is a day of fun, Mexican heritage, and Mexican cuisine, and maybe a drink or two if you're up for it. So that means it's Mexican Indepence Day, right? Wrong! Cinco de Mayo is NOT that, it's the day they drove the French from Mexico when the Mexican army was largely outnumbered, way back in the 1800's.

Personalized Easter Greeting Cards

Easter is now fast approaching as we wave goodbye to St. Patrick's Day this year, and look forward to warmer weather (and who knows, maybe even getting out of the house!). One of the problems I always have with getting greeting cards for Easter is that there's only 50-100 at the most to choose from, and someone else always winds up getting someone that same very greeting card at some point! That's where Zazzle comes in. Zazzle has thousands of unique custom created greeting cards for all holidays, not just Easter. I've chosen a couple hundred of the best of them on my new Easter cards, as well as some of the humorous funny Easter cards here.

You can also customize the text on the inside of many of these cards, so you can add a personalized message or just sign your name. I've ordered greeting cards from them twice now, and I'm very pleased. They also have Easter postage to slap on the envelope and make it a bit more festive.

Why is St. Patrick's Day such a phenomenon, anyway?

St. Patrick's Day is a day to let go after a long hard winter (sometimes it might still be a little bit cold, but we KNOW that it's not going to be around much longer!). It's a day to let go of inhibitions, have some fun, have some Irish themed food, relax and just have a great time.

What are you doing this St. Patrick's Day? Are you headed out wearing something unique to the bars, or are you wearing something hysterically funny? Are you representing your Irish heritage? Whatever you do, just take the day to relax -- life is too short!
